Simon Lester, President & CEO

Simon loves building companies, and Eaux Vives is the third beverage business he has created. His experience includes founding Cott Corporation's European organization and building his own patented sports drink company, as well as work for a leading consulting firm and a global confectionery and beverages company. Simon has an MBA from France, where he lived for a year, so sometimes when he is in Montreal he likes to pretend he can speak French.

Jim Delsnyder, VP Sales

Jim spent the decade leading up to 2008 building the Nestlé Waters business in Canada. He did such a good job we simply had to hire him -- an easy decision once he had tasted ESKA water and seen its purity. Prior to Nestlé, Jim worked for several well-known beverage and consumer goods companies, doing lots of selling and a little logistics. He is hoping to be the founding member of the ESKA curling team.

Sylvain Boudreault, VP Operations

Sylvain is another ESKA team member with beverages in his blood. He has worked in Haiti for Coke, in Trinidad for Jaleel, and in Algeria for Pepsi, and was once the youngest production manager for Coca Cola in Canada. That was a long time ago, but Sylvain still enjoys crazy pursuits like kite-surfing and kite-skiing, and loves to practice his Creole language skills in his spare time.
