Who knew? It’s used for every system in the body and helps flush out toxins, carry nutrients to cells and provides moisture to the ear, nose and throat areas.
FACT: Body water content is higher in men than women and begins to fall in both, with age.
FACT: Most mature adults lose 2.5 to 3 litres of water a day. Immature adults lose even more. 🙂
FACT: Water loss increases through exercise and hot weather.
