Nothing is more comforting than the sweet and nostalgic taste of cinnamon!
Made with our classic Eska unflavoured sparkling water, this mocktail will become your favourite for those cozy cold evenings.


  • 60 ml apple juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 30 ml Eska unflavoured sparkling water
  • 30 ml simple syrup
  • 1/2 egg white
  • Ice


  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and mix well.
  2. Pour mix into your drink and garnish with crumbled pecans.
  3. Enjoy!

Elderberry Flower Mimosa

Orange juice and champagne is a brunch classic, but let us introduce its alcohol-free counterpart… the Elderberry Flower Mimosa mocktail! A unique mix that combines the sweetness of cranberry juice with the freshness of our Eska lemon-flavoured sparkling water.

What’s elderberry flower syrup?

The elderberry is a delicate white flower that graces Quebec’s landscapes in late June. With its refreshing hint of citrus, honey and lychee, elderberry flower syrup is the perfect complement to our Eska lemon-flavoured sparkling water. A great way to bring local flavours to your brunch table.


  • 30 ml elderberry flower syrup for cocktails
  • 30 ml cranberry juice
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml Eska lemon-flavoured sparkling water


  1. Add all ingredients to a champagne glass.
  2. Slowly pour in Eska lemon-flavoured sparkling water.
  3. Mix well and enjoy!

Choice of garnish

  • Serve in a champagne glass


Mocktail Grenade et Pamplemousse

Pomegranate, grapefruit, rosemary… This drink is probably one of our prettiest creations! Whether you’re having friends over or a romantic dinner, our Pomy-Fruit mocktail will have everyone talking.


  • Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Simple syrup
  • Fresh pomegranate fruit
  • 60 ml pomegranate concentrate
  • 60 ml grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml Eska unflavoured sparkling water


  1. Put sugar on the rim of the glass
  2. Add ice
  3. Add 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  4. Add 4 tablespoons pomegranate concentrate
  5. Add grapefruit juice
  6. Top it off with our Eska unflavoured sparkling water
  7. Mix well with a branch of rosemary

  • Pomegranate seeds
  • A branch of rosemary


Mocktail Summer

As we are all dreaming of warmer weather, why not add a bit of sunshine to your day with our Summer mocktail? Fresh clementines, our famous Eska orange-flavoured sparkling water, honey syrup, cranberry juice… with all those beautiful flavours, it already feels like summer!


  • 30 ml honey syrup
  • Fresh juice of two clementines 
  • Fresh juice of half a lime
  • 30 ml cranberry juice
  • Eska orange-flavoured sparkling water
  • Ice


  1. Put ice in a glass
  2. Pour in honey syrup
  3. Pour the freshly squeezed clementine and lime juice in another recipient and mix well
  4. Add mix to your cocktail glass
  5. Add Eska orange-flavoured sparkling water
  6. Mix well

Green with Envy

What are the benefits of green tea?

  • 30 ml green tea (cold)
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 15 ml Eska lime-flavoured sparkling water
  • Minced ginger
  • Ice


  1. Prepare green tea and let it cool
  2. Add ice to glass
  3. Add cold green tea
  4. Add freshly squeezed lime juice
  5. Slowly pour in Eska lime-flavoured sparkling water
  6. Top off with the minced ginger
